The company was conceived by Janet Horton who having worked in the Property Industry for many years, knew it was possible to provide a better and more personal service to Clients than was offered by many other Tenerife Estate Agents. Working alongside Janet is Sue Havenhand. Sue provides back up and support in the administration and accounts areas.  Having bought and sold several properties in Tenerife, she has experience in the purchase procedures and has a good knowledge of Spanish enabling her to breeze through the red-tape and bureaucracy.
